I came to Dre to help me tone up, increase my strength, and grow in all areas of weightlifting. From the beginning, he was very professional and knowledgeable! Today was my first virtual session with Dre and it was good! Dre walked me through my warm up and stretches and prepared a workout sheet for me to follow. He demonstrated each workout so that i could mimic them correctly and safely. He also gave me words of encouragement which was the icing on the cake.
