We're located at a private gym studio in a very convenient location of uptown Charlotte, North Carolina. Here you'll feel at home as our studio is a family oriented type of environment. There are no more than 8-10 people in the studio at a time, everyone is friendly and there is plenty of space for social distance so that you don't feel crowded during your workout, unlike a typical big box gyms.
